How To Use The Score
Use it as a filter. A high score means the market earned an hour of real checking, and a low score saves you the $11 and the months. The weights favor markets where one lead is worth real money and where the top of the map is beatable.
Then check the owners. A market full of jobs with nobody to rent to is a dead end, so call two of them before you build anything.
