Find locally relevant citations
Local-specific listings β your city, county, neighborhood β carry outsized weight for 'near me' and Map Pack rankings because they tie your business to a place.
Why this matters
These are far less competitive than national directories and send a strong local-relevance signal. This is where most local businesses out-rank bigger competitors.
β How to do it
- Work through the sources below, claiming a listing on each that fits your area.
- Prioritize your Chamber of Commerce and any local trade association first.
- For each, use your master NAP and link to your website.
