This is your honest 'before' picture. You'll compare every future month against it to prove movement.
✓ How to do it
- GSC → Performance → Queries, set the date range to last 28 days.
- Add the Average position column and sort.
- Export to a spreadsheet and save it dated.
- Flag any query sitting in positions 4–15 — those are your quick-win targets.
